Shower Filter Oman delivers within the Sultanate of Oman only. We do not ship outside Oman.
1. Delivery charges
- Muscat: free delivery on every order.
- Rest of Oman: free delivery on orders of OMR 15 or more. Orders below OMR 15 have a delivery charge of OMR 2.
The delivery charge for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
2. Delivery times
- Muscat: same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM. Orders placed after 2 PM are delivered the next working day.
- Rest of Oman: 2 to 3 working days.
Delivery times are estimates. If there is a delay, we will contact you on WhatsApp.
3. Free installation in Muscat
Orders of OMR 15 or more delivered within Muscat include free installation of the filter on your existing shower arm or tap. We will confirm a convenient time with you on WhatsApp.
4. Payment
You can pay by card at checkout or choose cash on delivery.
5. Order updates
For delivery updates, message us on WhatsApp at +968 9455 4533.
6. Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp or by email. Orders cannot be changed once they have been dispatched.
